Outside Love

We get so wrapped up in our hurt and pain. We forget we have to take care of our physical health. Our physical health will help our mental health. Look good on the outside feel good about yourself on the inside. You don’t have to go to the gym I workout right in my living room. Cardio I use a jump rope and dance in between workouts. Squats, lunges, etc. Self motivation look yourself in the mirror naked and see what you want to change and start there. When you see results you will want to keep going. Cut down on your eating habits, make better eating habits for yourself. Your health choice determines your life span. So make smarter choices. I know it’s easier said than done but you have to be tired of not getting results somethings have to change. you can do it!!
